During the first semester, all students will be assigned a nursing faculty mentor. The faculty mentor will meet regularly with the student to support their growth and development as a nursing student. The mentoring experience may be broad and include emotional, professional, and career support. The student will have the option to continue the mentorship throughout the nursing program.
