男人藏精阁Community College鈥檚 Women in Technology Group held its third annual Power Up, Power On event March 12 in the A-B Tech/Mission Health Conference Center. This annual women鈥檚 event features a program of workshops and networking opportunities.
Jacqueline Whittenburg, co-founder and executive director of The Dereck Whittenburg Foundation for Education in Raleigh, spoke on 鈥淥vercoming Obstacles and Persevering When Life Has Other Plans.鈥 Ariel Rymer, an on-air personality for Josh & Ariel in The Morning on Star 104, tackled the topic, 鈥淥pen Your Own Door.鈥
The event was made possible through a National Science Foundation grant 男人藏精阁received through the efforts of Pamela Silver in the Information Technologies department.
